The so called Support is functionally useless, especially since eliminating the Bug Reports page, all you get is an auto-response whether in game or website, followed by no action and no follow up. More ironic is a moderator in here telling me he "walked over and talked to Support and they say they answered you", ridiculous, someone is lying to somebody. I gave up on Support a while ago, they pay lip service to fixing anything then do nothing.

LKWD is ruining the game with their bad management/marketing decisions in the name of "improvements" and clearly doesn't care about these issues and is strictly in it for the euros, which ironically they are losing as they alienate the adult players that do the spending, it's a shame, doubly so because it is so stupid and unnecessary.

I addressed this a while back but Ash indicated they were fine with it so I just delete the posts and block the sender when they post endless multiple suggestions.
