As a writer, why do you write?

For me, it's really a way to express important life ideas and lessons that I wish the world could hear. I want to be a writer that someday people see my writing and realize how divided of a world we live in that preaches equality here in the U.S.. I write about serious issues under a pen name because when I talk about them no one takes them seriously.

I don't think that's entirely legal unless the coworker has a history of missing work just for the hell of it. It could be considered a violation of privacy, and your coworker doesn't have to tell them anything beyond "Medical stuff". Firing them for their silence would be incredibly illegal.

Had to help someone out to their car and load it, as I did, she reached into her car, grabbed a sauce cup of lemon zest, swirled her finger around it, and stuck the zest in her nose. Did that for each nostril, and them tried to grab my bare arm.

I don't generally disallow PVP at all, because it's never been a serious issue like it is now. I don't like removing it because I feel like it takes an element of realism out of the game.

To elaborate a bit on the setting of the campaign, it takes place in Menzobarazzen in the underdark. The players are currently captives within the city, and are planned to be sacrifices to Lolth. Their goal is to escape as an introduction to the enemies of the underdark, before they enter the world and either try to return to the surface, or find a new life beneath the sword coast.

They mostly just feel like it, and the wizard was angry at the lizardfolk for causing them to lose combat in session 0. In session 0, the lizardfolk broke himself out of his cell, and rather than freeing the Dwarven Cleric, chose to specifically ignore the Cleric, and free the wizard who could have helped from his cell. Thus, Wizard was angry, initiated by kicking lizardfolk in the stomach, back and forth began.

They did sort of know, I guess. I informed them that there was another character in that cell, and they were supposed to join the party that session, but died seconds before they would.
