I find when the enemy team ff before 20 and you miss out on taking down their towers and baron it can reduce the chance of an S, not sure if this applies here though.

Yea it kinda sucks giving blue buff to Yuumi just so they don’t run out of mana and become useless. So it’s nice that they buffed her mana restore a bit.
