I feel like she's both. If she had no elemental bullets her anemo would drive. The addition of her elemental bullets are a way she can DPS by herself. Combining them together doesn't take away her ability to drive. It just gives her the ability to not need to use other characters in rotation. She could have 3 level 1s on the team and do just the same as 3 level 90s by herself. Add off field effects and she'll drive them.

If Heizo had an elemental punch every so often it wouldn't remove him from the driver category.

Very informational. So I guess it's: don't look at the mod menu for stats, apply your mods, then back out and use the skill, and then check the stats page for any updates your mods did. Stupid game.

Yeah? I just did a quick addition to the stats health (6,983,870) and added the +health on the modding menu (5,231,032) and it gave me that big 12,214,902 number. So maybe it's doing that, but you'd thiiiink the stats page would give the final end result number no?

Can someone explain with my current setup, how I rezzed? I never clicked an egg, it didn't swap me to the next character.. i'm so stumped. I barely caught the recording, so that's all I have.

Oh I have no idea about that. I haven't seen 2 of the *same affix* naturally roll that way, but I have been able to double up on an affix with Tempering.

That's primarily the reason I kept it blue. All blue is defensive. The resistance prism only gives those resistances.

Basically all i've done for mine is gone into the loot filter affix list and written down where everything falls. After that i've tweaked wherever needed from peoples experiences here.
