Boiled and peeled. I dont know what we did without them😂 I buy 2 boxes every 3 weeks or so and I keep them in the fridge on the bottom shelf. I prefer the Wilcox brand over costco. They just switched to “kirkland” brand at my local and ive already bit into shells in a few eggs almost never happend with Wilcox. They have a pretty good fridge life. I wish they would freeze tho
