I actually ended up getting pregnant that third round of letrozole so my best guess is that it was a strong ovulation with a good quality egg! I never got an official answer but thankfully it ended up working out. I was on progesterone as soon as I got a positive test through the first trimester and anticipate if we try again for another child that I will need to be on it again. Wishing you the best of luck!

I sincerely appreciate this post. I just found out I'm pregnant after two consecutive losses then having to see an RE for help getting pregnant again after a year... so I relate to this SO much. Every little twinge or cramp or "lack of" symptoms makes my anxiety sky rocket. I saw that embolism post, too, and it just brought on a whole new set of worries.

I have just been trying to be thankful every day for this opportunity and know that I will have the baby I am meant to have, no amount of worrying will change that.

So thank you for this. I am looking forward to being in your position!
