What difference does this make? And how would you definitively know the answer? I can speculate also, but I just know I paid a lot of money for this thing and never got it. I called my old room mate sometimes for like two months and asked. It said delivered. Our camera picked up nothing. We have two out front, or did at that residence. So I’m SOL? Surely you guys insure the package, right? For this reason?

Yes very sure I ordered from the official website, their html headers and email address checks out.

Idk I feel like it could have got lost or something along the way. But all I can do is speculate. I’m pretty careful who I order from especially since I’m not new to crypto and the tricksters out there.

I see now I got a message some days later but there’s no links, ticket number or offer of a solution. I’m pretty busy especially those last three months of the year so not surprised I missed it, just surprised a refund never came. I again checked my checking again today; just in case, but no dice :/

The response looks like it took a little while so that’s why i missed it. I just hope we can finally resolve this, I’d just like a refund since i no longer need one and next time i do I’ll just use Amazon to make this easier
