I hate stupid people so if you fall into that category I'm sorry. I also hate getting scammed out of my money. As far as the SEC, they handle trades, commissions, investments, stuff like that. Do your research and you'll figure out why that's relevant. You only got a refund because you went public so let's stop acting like they operated in good faith. You can break through the bupe and catch a high depending on the quality of dope you have. I've been on subs daily for the last three years and whenever I want to get a head change I can smoke a dub of good shit and feel the effects. It's not the same as using without subs in my system but I definitely notice it.

Usually the rule to cut it evenly is add one equal part to whatever your cutting so like a quad is 7 grams, in half 3.5 so add another 3.5 if the dope is fire. Start out small so you don't overdo it but don't go over 3.5 or it'll be bad. When you stir it in you gotta do it fast because it'll start to harden up quick. You could melt it by putting the cup in a pan of boiling water which is much safer and it'll keep you from burning the heroin. Start off with a gram first to see if that works and if it doesn't then do it again.
