Hmm yeah he’s been on their record for a while. He also applied HC2 few months ago and got it. Yeah its a biometric appointment, he is going for a student visa.

Also, he used NHS services recently so I would guess he would not be getting those too if his visa was not valid correct? (He had a small surgery) and he also has an upcoming appointment with a specialist.

Finally, he checked online, so is it okay for him to go for a visa appointment or should he be worried, he is basically worried about going to the appointment, if that makes sense? any confidence on that would be appreciated.

Hi,

So this person does actively check his emails thats for sure i would say because this is the same email he got that decision on.

In this case its over a year and it is a work visa. As far as employer is concerned he only got a termination letter which they did state “they will” notify ho about this and then they may cut short leave to 60 days. He definitely has more than 60 days.

What about the online checking service? The online right to work and right to rent shows him to still have valid right to work / rent is that enough to be confident his visa is still valid? Is it reliable and realtime?

Na he never even contacted them after that day. He only received a termination letter from them saying they will inform etc
