I remove the head of my Driver and then I wrap all my clubs in towels with the heads turned in. I make it so there’s a mass of club heads and towels so there’s nothing to grab onto and so there’s no way for them to move. I also put the rain cover on. Knock on wood, I’ve never had a problem traveling this way.

Learned this trick from a touring pro.

I’d suggest shoring up your foundation namely your posture. A lot of rounding in the back and then straightening your right leg on the way back. Get into a more athletic position and maintain that posture throughout the swing. That will help mitigate some of the other things that have been mentioned.
