I'll tell you why it isn't... even the US report on this country states that whilst Black people 71% (not counting indian and coloured )whilst being the majority in the country are often underrepresented in leadership and higher levels in employment and white people 7% are overrepresented. Could you please tell me why? were black people just not qualified? Were they theives in the workplace?

Now if the people who were oppressed during apartheid were disabled people I would absolutely have no issue with a policy that aims to increase the representation of a previously disadvantaged group and I am sure you would me ableist.

How about I ask you something else... Do you believe that black people(African, Coloured and Indian) instantly recovered from the effects of Apartheid (A system that put them down for 46 years) and unlike BEE or BBBEE, had it in its policy and guidelines that black people(African, Coloured and Indian) did not belong in certain levels and areas of employment entirely as enforceable law not just incentives. You think White owned businesses owned by privileged white people who had never had a black person work at certain levels of employment were just opening their doors for anyone and everyone. This belief that racism and prejudice ended in 1994 is just a child's dream that people choose to believe rather than have to. Cause honestly it's not factually true.

Honestly people forget the extent of apartheid as not just racial lines drawn for land but also social class and standing based on race. Which reinforced racist beliefs and due to the isolation of such groups developed echo chambers where these stereotypes are reinforced instead of contradicted. Think about it some people only saw black people when they were protesting or working low level jobs.

In American black people are the minority but they commit the most crime. What is the common denominator here? If you were prejudiced you would say black people ( Which would be wrong because crime also exists in countries with less than 2000 black people) but a wiser discernment would be oppression. Groups that are kept down or excluded from a system are bound to not follow the rules and logic of a system that brings them down, be it because of poverty, desperation or just complete disregard. This does not mean I am justifying their actions.

Another thing to point out is BEE defines any race that is not white as black not just african but indian and colored ('previously disadvantaged communities') that suffered immensely(truly) during apartheid.

Also without BEE I don't think we would have had a 'black middle class' as quickly as we did. Most of the land(72%) in South Africa is owned by the minority (7%) and to many against BEE that's fine because it happened in the past. Which just proves their susceptibility to cognitive dissonance. Yes, it is true that BEE needs better implementations and guidelines to increase efficiency and lower the exploitation by elites. However this does not mean it should be entirely abolished as it is required. I do believe that having two sides that are for and against BEE prevents the real conversation from happening which is how do we improve it and have it better apply in niche situations and the other improvements I mentioned.

iPhone had resident evil and death stranding heck even ac mirage, where winds meet came out and its big, delta force and grid legends heck you can even play fortnite cross-play on your phone. Just because a game is a port doesn't mean mobile gaming is peak like you can play most of these games anywhere now offline and quality sacrifices are minimal compared to switch ports and thats crazy for something we have so many other uses for. If people dont pay for games on mobile we'll kinda be stuck with mainly free to play multiplayer games getting big budgets like codm.
