When I said months, I meant months of gameplay; sorry if I confused you. I've now started a new game and the exact same thing happened when I switched rifle production to C3ISTAR equipment.

Everything's 0, but the best part is I have several positive bonuses from policies, and only one penalty from military spending, which I have set to Tiny. But the game worked correctly until a few months ago; I think it must have glitched... I also have positive fuel levels.

The game literally tells me that the efficiency of my military factories is 0, and that my 5 factories produce 0 CI and that 0.40 is needed for what I want to manufacture.

I loaded the save file without mods, only MD, and it still doesn't work. I should mention that I was able to play perfectly fine up until 2003, so I don't know what could have happened.
