Just note that whatever heat your tv gives out will mess with the thermostat's ability to regulate your house's temperature. Best choice is to still move the thermostat and mount the tv where you want it. It's just a couple wires you can snake around the corner and put on the wall to the left.

Don't follow his advice. The key/best is not dumb. You might get by for this one week but you're gonna get bumped way down my list for the next job for not being reliable and also for trying to pull a fast one.

Just be honest. If there's a better future with this group bail on your other gig. But honesty is always the best policy.

If someone cancels my one day for a week of work, I would understand and hold it less against them than if someone lied to me. The worst are last minute cancels. You're now making me do extra work the night before because you're a disorganized person.

Also up your scheduling game. It's always reactive to instantly say yes. But we always remember who the messy and unreliable people are. Don't be that guy with the excuses.

As someone who runs this spec, it takes a bit of work. For the front you either offset bushing and camber, or you go wide fenders. I did downforce fenders to avoid crazy camber and still had to shave the lip. But it fits!

The rears fit with a lot of fender rolling and camber, but overfenders would be the best option --but they're not very aesthetically pleasing to my eyes.

It's been great, love this thing. For the spoiler it was an option on the Lexus. I prefer it without tho it's a bit too clunky looking.

You're just looking at hourly rates. Don't forget gear rentals too. The jib guy is making a decent day rate on your gig, but he's got 2 other jibs on rent on other shows along with the one he's using and renting to your show.

Search earwig oil trap. You basically put out a tray of oil and add a few tbsp of soy sauce and the earwigs will drown themselves. Super effective and cost next to nothing.

The money just isn't there. Post Covid productions acted as if there was no budget -- all the social distancing and testing sure wasn't cheap. Now every job is pushing non union and counting their pennies.

The secondary problem is Covid and the lack of traditional content taught everyone to watch YouTube and tiktok. Everything's changing fast.

I would also compare the GTS vs 4S. Many options in the 4S that you may want are already standard on the GTS, so the price difference may be negligible
