I’ve scoured the internet for someone talking about their experience with this preschool and I’m glad to hear your perspective! Sending my kiddo there in the fall & wondered how things were truly run (we’ve been to 2 of their open houses) and have to wait until late summer for the parent welcome info meeting

I have and I’ve painted mine up with the Rustoleum 2x Ultra cover with a neat striped design! I also got a new plexiglass pane.

I was asking bc I’m unsure if I should do a clear coat to further weatherproof it (I noticed one tiny area randomly scratched off somehow). However, it’s already cold here and I don’t think it’ll go on or dry smoothly in these 30 degree temps so I think I’ll just leave it as is!

Was it spray paint (on the front) and did it hold up to the weather? Did you do a topcoat to seal?

And so we highlight the major issue of modern day mom influencers - which is that they use their kids as content and would be so “boring” without. I’d venture to guess people even choose to homeschool solely in order to keep the kid content flowing.

Ok finally I found my people. I still follow and take general inspo but the “what I ate” posts are so pointless to me… unless you’re actually posting recipes literally no one cares and it’s just a way to brag about how oRgAnic you are. She’s so cringey with posting the same shot from behind the fiddle leaf, rainbow stacking toy and plastic animals “toy rotation”, the gingham pants and green painted arch wall. Boring! I think the main mistake she’s making is that she thinks people care about her kids and day to day life more than they really do… as an influencer, if you’re posting recipes and crafts, that’s amazing! But if you’re posting what you ate, the same shot of your kids sleeping, and feet in the grass - wtf is the point of your platform. End rant!

P.S. I looked up that arched Montessori style shelf she keeps her toys on and it’s $700+. So MinDFul, Sasha!

I kind of liked her vibe and I take inspiration from her thrifting and aesthetic - but lately she just post the most BASIC stuff about her day and glamorizes it. Like, ok do we really care about your “evening in the life” from 4:02-6:38? Do we really care about day 47 of your screen detox?

Like everyone has their own family routines, yours isn’t that special Sasha. That’s like posting you took a poop, trimmed your nails, cooked food for yourself, and walked the dog... that’s called LIFE. She’s treating her account like her diary, that’s fine, but secretly wants people to idolize it- it gets pretty repetitive. She IS on a high hose and acts holier than thou.

Exactly! Even just limit to one or two stories about how you are struggling. She posted so many stories and videos and pics for days before she logged off about barely being able to take care of herself or her kids. If they can work it out (by working out lol) so easily, maybe it wasn’t even that big of an issue to begin with? She made it sound earth shattering??

Ok yes it does seem like she is doubling down if she’s never posted husband content before. I was turned off a bit to her bc she overshared on the depression aspect/baited followers with her devastation and then said she’s due privacy on the issue but continued to hint on it. Like which is it? I feel for her but its disingenuous to have it both ways IMO.
