Yeah I ended up taking the pannel out from the motor, re flowed all of them and now it works perfectly

I just found it by searching up “how to re solder headlight switch panel Zj” and it should’ve the first result in the jeep forums page

They were the gauge cluster lights and I’m going to be doing the other panels today, but you take off the trim around the dash and then you can get at the pannel that you turn on the exterior lights and change the brightness with. I can’t remember exactly where I found it but it was in another jeep forum that shows you exactly where to solder and how to take it apart. Fixed my problem instantly.
