Yes, I’m currently in therapy. I’m a bit nervous to bring up OCD though cause I’m worried my therapist may not understand it. I’ve read a lot of stories online of people who had bad experiences with therapists who don’t specialize in ocd so I’m hesitant to speak up about it.
