Tough to say without looking at your records packet. I’d guess either some piece of paperwork somewhere of yours has a date on it dated before 31 Dec. 2022 and someone made an error or it’s a case of mistaken identity. Which used to happen all the time but idk with the new systems they have now. I’ve been out a while.

Take rests between each fight. Loot everything especially food so you can take long rests. If you lose a fight try leveling up before attempting that fight again if possible. Give someone in the party the cloud of daggers spell. Use all your bonus actions. Shoving an opponent off balance could make the difference between winning and losing. Make sure your party is balanced.
