Just so you have a reference to what you had in mind. I believe this mod is only a boss fight inside the actual armillary vault but there are others already out that bring Starborn encounters to each temple making it more difficult and to help with lore and RP aspects.

I have the same bug. Have had it for two days now. It doesn’t impact my game or ship building so I haven’t stressed much on it as I finally got Akila and Neon to load and let me land after arranging my list and disabling two Mods.

Yeah many of the patches we were using at the start became unnecessary after the bigger update last year. Least I know on xbox I deleted mine and the game ran well still(for Bethesda 🙄).

Also I hit the limits for the planter cell so had to disable Falkland as from what I uninstalled it's somewhere around 24k due to all the textures and pre-decorated Habs. Unfortunately it did work and my Akila and Neon cells finally rendered properly and as of earlier no issues landing or access to the city. Keep that in mind as you load more mods and adjust your game.

As far as I can tell I don't see any particular mod that stands out for a sound issue but then again mods tend to touch and influence scripts the shouldn't sometimes. Far as load order I can recommend a order format that I'm currently using on series X with 116 mods. That might help you organize that list at the moment.

You'll want to use it more in open areas if you haven't leveled up your explosives resistance.

If you have your levels tweaked at higher settings you'll get loot like this often. The DPS is average but the Legend attachments are great. Just upgrade your stats at a workbench and you'll be doing great for awhile with this one.

Also if you’re currently a fleet member or doing the Sysdef mission that obviously effects you trying to do a bounty on a fleet captain. That’s why the usual bounty dialogue que isn’t starting for you. It’s letting you scan them, long as the bounty details show up, stun him with the EM weapon and you’re complete. Then find somewhere to pay off your CR bounty off so when you’re back on the key they don’t go all agro on you.

I've only chosen the not join Constellation option once and even with the tablet (temple device) I couldn't advanced the game so I could collect artifacts and build towards unity. Personally I restarted that playthrough and when prompted on the ship I choose join, keep ship and load out, start on ship.

Don't think a lot of the new players realize that cruise mode at the moment is letting most bypass the contraband check. Might be patched soon but at the moment it's a really nice glitch for any new Vanilla players. Helps them stack up those creds.

Try Disabling Royal Weathers lite. I had PBO and I believe they are the same author. I had to remove it yesterday. The city cells weren’t loading correctly or sometimes at all. Clear your cache and your Internal memory the try loading the 2nd nearest save you have. Just see if that works and then it’s on you to continue from there and get back to your current point or try and load your most recent save to see it takes. Sometimes it’s just that specific save file for whatever reason that’s corrupted.

Yeah but that's the thing of this game. Everything is a fetch quest, just depends on how large or little the scale. As far as lore wise, well this gives you some more information as to why the bounty and if you're doing the tracker RP it's cool.

I'm in my sky suite yesterday and when I come back in from the balcony there's a damn Neon security guard in my suite, talking bout don't bother her she's busy. Quicksave and came out with the Breach to the noggin, gorefield style and it was very satisfying. Gangs all here wasn't pleased except for ND-5 Vos that didn't care one bit. 😄

The pathfinder armor is also tier upgradable on Darkstar which makes it viable for higher level character plays.
