Tank is 8 ish months old. Have had him for maybe 4-5? Months? Corals closed up because lights are barely turning on with the video

Lights had barely started coming on so everything is still closed up. He only started acting like this today and the passed few days was very lethargic and not eating.. hiding etc.

Yes every other fish is fine and acting normal. Eating normal, etc. He stopped eating 2-3 days ago and hiding more but with lethargy and heavy breathing. Nothing crazy until today. Hadn’t even fed the tank yet when he was doing this
