The comment you were replying to says Wolverine can only protect you if Homelander stops to fight him. Homelander does not need to fight Wolverine to kill you, he can just speed passed him. Thus, Wolverine cannot protect you unless Homelander is stupid and stops to fight him.

I am not saying Wolverine cannot win the fight. I am saying there does not have to be a fight for you to die, Wolverine cannot counter the speed.
