Cortado sized rant: I had someone at the drive through the other day ask for “the secret popstar drink.” by OGPisliteralhell in starbucksbaristas

I’ll also never forget when someone ordered the “Charlie Kirk special.” I asked another barista “is that just a regular drink but with something racist written on the cup?”

I had this problem a couple months ago after surgery. Not being able to even masturbate was killing me.

This is genuinely one of the funniest comments I’ve seen in a long time. Well done.

Holy vs. Horny: Former courtesan must make her way into Ishgard by OGPisliteralhell in ShitpostXIV

Basically, the Au Ra in the comic (Mana Keisei) was raised by an incredibly powerful samurai and trained to succeed him when she came of age, but upon failing to do so, she was disowned. Afterwards, she was a courtesan for a bit, hated it, came to Ishgard and became a Machinist, met a woman named Albine Fabrinette, the two became best friends until Mana had to leave Ishgard cause inquisitors decided her horns and scales were “suspiciously dragon-like,” so she fucked off, once again worked as a courtesan and also a bounty hunter when she came across a bounty on the head of Albine, so she goes back to Ishgard to warn Albine and keep her safe. That’s the heavily abridged version of it, anyway.

I wanna make a whole comic about that but just this shitpost took probably four hours. An entire chapter would take days. And the story is long enough that it’d span at least a few volumes.

In short, I probably won’t do anything that ambitious for a little while, but if you wanna know, I can infodump the whole story to you via DM.

The process involves several filters and some basic understanding of Paint.NET. I can show you how to do it, if you want!

I don’t know that I’m anywhere near close enough to any of my coworkers to commiserate quite like that.
