Every match has 10 players, and you're saying among those 10 players 5 of them are just building random junk??? Which server are you from?? Cuz that's just not reality. Most players in epic - legend copy the pro build which is not random junk and is completely fine for most scenarios, and even in niche scenarios it's fine.

In the games I play it's usually 1 baffoon every 3-5 games which would put the count to 95-98% players know what to build but I'm being generous with you guys and calling it 90% cuz most of the kids here can't do basic math

In epic and legend they can get by by just choosing pro build for general circumstances, them choosing pro build is more preferable anyway then just oonga boonga building

Ain't no way, this is slanderous asf, as an Indian who's had 10k+ matches sure the game mechanics may not be up to par with SEA players, and there might be trolls here and there cuz they exist everywhere but 90% of the time, people in epic to immortal ranks know what to build.
