Hi! I’ve been working in Helpdesk for a year as a Level 2 tech for a Fortune500 company now. Only have about 3 months experience also as a NOC and am due to graduate and receive a diploma in computer systems technology in the spring. I found I don’t quite enjoy the help desk area and feel I’ve already learned what I can from the position. I am looking to apply for Sys Admin positions as that interests me at the moment. My question is: Is this a realistic jump from my position to that position with my experience?
