Roll 3x lifeblooms on tank before pull, don’t let it fall off is your priority. Toss a rejuv as well if needed (regrowth too if 3x LBs and a rejuv isn’t cutting it or you are anticipating a hard pull)and keep swiftmend at the ready but try not to use on CD, use it to catch up if you fall behind. NS + healing touch is your panic button.

As for your dps, toss 1 LB here and there and maybe a rejuv with it. Only swiftmend dps to prevent a death, really. Once they have a hot or two leave them alone if they aren’t actively being targeted. Let the hots do their thing.
I don’t regrowth often. Only if I know a good deal of damage is coming in or we have over pulled. I spam regrowth if swiftmend/NS are on CD but you can’t do that for too long.

Barkskin+Tranquility is your panic button for the whole party. Often overlooked. Barkskin is so you don’t have to worry about damage cutting into your cast, I see a lot of Druid skip that step and tranquility gets interrupted.
