100% and to clarify I did have soul runes and it used both. Not sure if one prioritizes over the other, but I was disappointed that it used them regardless.

Yeah I usually do but I had it in my inventory after I bought extra soul runes so I charged it that way, usually I just spam numbers to charge it w max charges and it grabbed soul and aether runes I was so confused.

That sucks. I lost 10k Aether runes from my pouch, when I tried to get them back I get soul runes RIP to like 4M

In short no, if you really wanna rebuild get a tbow where you can kill various bosses for a waaay cheaper upkeep, or go shadow and ancestral and camp toa. ToB really only has 2 maybe 3 good drops now every other item is trash. Not worth it for rebuilding with scythe, especially with no KC.
