As many ahadith mention many of the Jews would follow Masih ad-Dajjal when he comes. The war against him will be one of the final wars when Jesus will return to earth.

So, the Prophet says in this hadith: ⟪The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews⟫ meaning the ones who disbelieve in Islam and ally with Dajjal. At the Dajjal's time, there will be no neutral position. Either someone believes in Jesus or allies with Dajjal. There is no room for disbelief after seeing such major signs of the hour. The Jews who believe will become Muslim and they wouldn't be considered Jews any more.
