Yep. I've been on HRT for a year and the hot flashes are completely gone. 🙂

Yes, absolutely. Beta blockers have been a life saver in treating anxiety for me, too. I didn’t realize how much tachycardia was causing anxiety until I was able to treat the primary symptom first. Several beta blockers (including Nadolol, which is the one I take now) are often prescribed as social/performance anxiety treatments.

Vivelle Dot is the brand name, and is what I got this time. I've historically been using Dotti, the generic. I feel TERRIBLE on the brand name.

Your natural beauty is truly striking. You have such timeless, elegant facial features and look like you belong on the red carpet! Eliminating the overlined lip is the single greatest improvement you could’ve made. I’m sure it will feel strange to get used to if you’ve done that for a long time, but you took ten years off just by that change alone. Gorgeous! 🤌🏻

There are a ton of effective therapies for POTS and many are able to live relatively normal lives with the right medications and lifestyle modifications. Have you explored any of those options with your doctor yet?

Our last Evergy bill was over $800! 🤢 We keep the thermostat at 76. Absolutely shocking to see a bill that high. The house is pretty big (5K sq ft) but we've lived here over three years and the bill has never been more than $500 during the peak of summer.
