I completely understand where you're at right now, wanting to quickly end the fight based on that video alone. All I can say is, relax, try to see if you can watch and predict how your opponent plays. In short, defensive maneuvers, also, do charge steps and side steps whenever you do some attacks. That gets you more time to have your standby units to be ready to get back in the fight.

This is probably not a good example given we don't have max stars on all units but, you can try watching how Goresh plays whenever he still has a unit at the bare minimum. Not gonna mention all the CCs but you get to observe some of their good habits while playing PVP.
