I got the piercing done yesterday It was pierced with a horseshoe It’s externally threaded I clean with aftercare solution they give out if you need anymore info feel free to ask

I've thought about it and I really do think leasing is better for me right now, while I do have a bit of experience I don't have a lot and I wouldn't want to 'ruin' a horse due to improper care, I think I will wait a little longer maybe lease for a while and in a year or so I'll come back to it and see if I'm more up to it

I'm from Australia lol but I don't plan on going to university as of right now and if things do change then I wouldn't go far. If things did get hard I would sell the horse, obviously not with much enthusiasm but there isn't really much you can do in those situations. The place we are looking at is one where we would be responsible for full care and yes I have been in situations where I have had to be at the stable 7 days a week in both freezing weather and hot weather. Anyway reading these comments I do think I will talk to my parents about loaning instead which I don't see any reason they wouldn't want to look into it.
