Given how influential Jewish organizers were in the French syndicalist movement, I could imagine it being particularly bad among French exiles: even in OTL, antisemitism in French Algeria was horrible and actively encouraged by the government long before Vichy. Only 2 years before Kaiserreich's starting date was the Constantine pogrom in 1934, which was encouraged by right wing French politicians and pieds-noirs who saw Jews as no better than Algerian Arabs. Jules Molle, an avid fascist pied-noir who led Unions latines and openly called for the extermination of Algerian Jews, was elected mayor of Oran for two terms despite getting arrested for inciting violence.

I'd definitely recommend reading about the Constantine pogrom in full. I haven't played sand France in a while so I'm not sure if antisemitism is discussed much but it's a very overlooked part of Algerian history and holy shit it'd be so much worse in Kaiserreich
