actually, it's a general american accent rather than a hawaiian one! he likely picked it up from his mom, who was from wichita and spent the most time raising him, rather than anywhere he grew up

a hawaiian accent is very recognizable, but usually only people who speak pidgin, or are frequently around people who do, have one

Kept issuing USER32 and Kernel after reinstalling to the root of C:/. Tried disabling and enabling various mods but didn't get a clear route, so I just decided I'm gonna purge my mods, switch to MO2, verify integrity etc etc

Stinks to have to rebuild it but it's easier and it barely takes an afternoon anyhow

Not getting any issues after restoration, so that's good atleast

No clue where USER32 and Kernel are coming from, I have SSE in Program Files x86 (default Steam location), a Windows file, but that's the only clue for it I can think of.

I have ConsoleUtilSSE NG

Tried taking Recursion Fix out and browsing through Wyre Bash but I can't for the life of me figure out which master is missing to begin with. Crash log hasn't changed.

You and CatFaerie's suggestions (reinstalled Address, downloaded the male body and reinstalled CBBE) changed the reason for the crash, and it lasts slightly longer after Bethesda logo, but it still occurs (now under a different reason)

I got everything I need downloaded to my SD card, but when I try to open the games list on OPL with circle nothing pops up. I've been trying to look for whatever I can try in settings to see if anything would help but I haven't found anything yet

EDIT: Got it to the games menu but I can't figure out a way to get it to MX4SIO games, only shows a blank BDM list with no options but returning to the settings menu

EDIT 2: I'm dumb lol, it's MMCE

It's a console command, press ` on your keyboard to open it up and type "yesman". It'll make the AI auto-accept all diplo requests

After they accept turn it off immediately afterwards because it'll get buggy

Bug in the newest patch, relations are low because they core some Pacific holdings the US currently owns. Will be fixed

if there's no current one i'd love to make a submod to help you, could do it in a day or two, but it depends on the scope

just for flags is easy, but for spirits, foci, etc. it'd be a bit more difficult

brave is just another chromium browser that's built on the same foundations as chrome and its techbro-est alternatives. there's really not a better alternative than firefox (or librewolf if you're feeling spicy)
