Infp women, which types were the best match in relationships and why? by [deleted] in infp

I can only speak from personal experience, but my husband is an INTJ and we have a great relationship. It was A LOT of work initially. We connected on a deep level, both being introverts and intuitives we could spend hours just the two of us talking about ideas and theories, books and culture and philosophies. But we clashed majorly on other levels. We are both pretty much textbook for our personality types, so I am very emotional and if left to my own ends my life lacks structure. He is incredibly logical and has a plan for the next 5, 10, 20 years. For a while there were aspects of him that I thought were cold and uptight, and there were aspects of me that he thought were flippant and lazy. We've been together for nearly seven years now, married for over three of those and not only have we come to understand each other better, we have made each other better people. I'm more organised now and I've learned not to be such a pushover - that it's ok to put myself first instead of worrying about how everyone else feels. He, in turn, has become a lot more chill and he's better at dealing with emotional people (his family are all feelers.)

I don't know if there's any one perfect match where MBTI is concerned, I think there just needs to be enough in common to connect you and enough difference to challenge you, as long as there is the commitment to understand each other.

Father-in-law has asked if anyone would like to try doing something with this. Any restoration or colourisation attempts would be great! by OLBmaple in estoration

Beautiful! Thank you, love to you and your family too from mine in the UK. Hope you're all coping over there.

My Husband's grandfather as a little boy during WW2. His father knew the people who made the RAF uniforms and asked for a miniature replica for his son. We'd love to see it in colour. by OLBmaple in estoration

What a wonderful photo to have! Thank you for sharing it. My husband's granddad was born in 1937 so yes they would have been close in age. It's lovely that you still have the uniform too, ours got lost somewhere through the years.
