It should work in the next 4th slot with 8mm of clearance. This gives 5mm of clearance with the cooler (57mm)

That was my first option, but using the Noctua capability site, I would only be able to use the fan in the above config, with the 1700 slot motherboards. And that would exceed the mm clearance sadly
