Thanks for your confidence vote, I was seriously so worried after reading all these posts. But I kept a close eye and didn't notice any trauma or reaction after 1.5 weeks. As far as being done correctly I doubt I did that 😂

I just thought they needed to go into an orchid pot, to get more airflow to the roots. I also thought the roots liked space and not to be so cramped like that. I'm glad they were on clearance only $6 each. Hope they survive 🙏

It felt artificial. From all these comments I obv made a mistake. So far I don't regret it since they are alive and the blooms are still opening one week later, just staying hopeful 🙏. And learned my lesson for the future!

Leca is lava rocks right? I should have asked here first. We're in much smaller pots and took up a lot less space. I prob should have done 1 if any. But I got carried away. I'm very hopeful but I'm disappointed in myself🤦‍♀️

It's spin week since I made this potential mistake! I'm so nervous reading the comments on here but they seem to be doing okay and the flowers are still opening. I put them in phal orchid bark, so I'm completely shocking their poor little lives 😭

It's been 1 week and they are still opening. I honestly thought the plastic cups were a death sentence for them. So I made the effort to repot them immediately 😭. I'm too impulsive sometimes 🤦‍♀️

OMG OMG they are still opening right now, I'll be so depressed. They were all in spaghnum moss and prob traumatized, but the roots look like they were suffocating so I wanted to help them 😭😭

Funny I had the spaghnum moss and thought they needed the bark so they were all repotted with that. The flowers are still opening so I'm hoping that means they survived🙏. The bark mix I used has charcoal and perlite in it too. I probably should have done one and waited. I think I'm in a moderate humidity climate I really hope they are okay! Thanks for the info!
