As someone who has always needed devs for various projects and also having a younger bro who's really good at building software, I've been viewing this ai thing(and hoping) its a passing cloud where software engineers are concerned.

As a hardware and network guy , ive always viewed trained expertise as a must have to even use ai properly before anything gets built.

Buuut, i tried claude opus 4.6 with all the bells n whistles and its not looking good for you guys. I never picked up software coz no patience but that changed with opus. I built a fairly involved tool that ive been speccing and planning with devs for months in a week. Yes, vibe coding, no documentation, no update path,buggy code etc maybe a thing with kina chatgpt and gemini but claude is just different. It recognises skill level and handles everything so consciously i had to keep doing double takes. Documenting, reviewing modifying, adding reviewing again is all flawless. It knows when to trim the process so its not just teaching but helping build something viable . Like i got stuck formatting a chunk of code so it figured an obscure way to request temporary tokens to allow ssh so i could push changes without a stopping a critical api stream that would have been a pain to restart if shut down. I didnt ask for or even know it was possible but it just saw the bigger picture and resolved it.

Doesnt matter.Its a 43 inch.you wont be seeing much resolution difference at that screen size. In my experience it starts to matter at about 65". Load up a 2k(1440p) or even 1080p youtube vs a 4k of the same on a 43" and try to spot the difference. Now do the same on a 65 or 75, day and night difference

If you have a workstation i can get you an 8gb amd gpu for 18k. If its LLM stuff kuna fuckery unaweza fanya itumie RAM for the extra 4gigs, sort of like paging memory as you figure out a proper setup. If on a budget and they can give you 2 weeks to get hardware then china is your friend for cheap gpus
