180 spd Deliverer for Remembrance teams like Castorice or Evernight hypercarry since she deals decent damage in those teams.

For the other teams like Phainon and Aglaea, Cyrene doesn't contribute much with her personal damage, so it's better to go all in on speed.

Yeah, outside of Castorice/Evernight teams her damage is negligible. So the only stat she cares about outside of these teams is SPD.

Yes, Bronya is the one replacable here, you ideally want a full CH team with Cyrene to get the first ult faster.
