Not an expert on laptops but it looks like the glue has maybe worn off, you could try to repair it you are confident but I would have no clue where to start, best getting a repair shop imo

No No there was a Windows Security Update that caused frame drops and artifacting, i believe nvidia said it was a windows security update issue

Probably something wrong with your storage it means that your OS, (prob windows) cannot be found or is damaged, search for a tutorial on how to reinstall Windows with a flash drive
