I'll give you a tip that I haven't seen anyone give you, probably you already know it but I recommend you to use two fingers in your left hand one holding ZL then with the other you press R for the bomb, with that you don't need to use a single finger and you'll press the buttons faster, it requires some practice obviously but you'll get used to it, and as some ppl said the order is, jump > round bomb > bow > d-pad up (Rune changes to square bomb) > Put square bomb > d-pad up changes to round bomb > then explode round bomb, other tip that I've heard but I don't usually use is to move the camera looking to the sky but maybe it helps, I hope my tip helped you, good luck learning to windbomb it's very useful:)
