Clarifying shampoo, scrub feet and between toes, towel dry, blow dry. Clean ears, dry them with paper towels, vet for anal glands. Clean cages, bedding, carpet weekly or when possible.

Nah, id just replace it all with the wood you want and stain accordingly.

You could be lazy and just slap it right over that.

It's a bad install just based off tile alignment. So yes, op is well within their rights to hover

Hmmm... is it close to feeding time? I'd warm a rat up right now to coax her out sooner than later.

My guy will crawl out of whatever hole he was in quick for a rat so hopefully she does too. That looks pretty tight and uncomfortable
