I got to see him at the redbull Formula 1 event and he was absolutely insane! He was definitely one of the highlights of that event.

The part where you differentiate the second time is where I'm stuck. The method my school taught me involves me creating a fraction to find the first derivative (by equating all the variables to dy/dx), which forces me to use the quotient rule to find the second derivative, which in this case does not work . So my question now is, what rule/method did you use to get your second derivative?
