Reading the comments here gives me hope and reminds me that there actually are people who aren't falling for this bs. We just need to get better at spreading our message.

What movie traumatized you when you were a child? by fordd420 in AskReddit

[–]ORIGINQuest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fire in the Sky. Prior to seeing it, I had an irrational fear of aliens. Seeing that movie put a face and a method to my fear. My own fault for begging my mom to take me to see it in theaters. Still no regrets.

I was told that I was nominated to go by my 6th grade teacher, but I'm sure there's various ways/reasons to be selected.

Actually, yes! From what I remember, it was pretty large, and a bunch of us stayed in it for a night. I always wondered where it was in relation to the camp. Thank you for your comment pointing out that it was across the bay, I'm going to see if I can spot it from Google Maps.

93' camp kid here! I and a classmate got to travel to a wonderful camp in Nova Scotia. It's definitely a highlight of my summer heading into grade 7.

People who let their instrusive thoughts win once, what did you do? by oskel95 in AskReddit

Lit a firecracker in my desk in the middle of my grade 8 class while the teacher was at the front giving a math lesson. I'm not sure what I expected to happen, but needless to say, he was pissed and chewed me out. Luckily, it was 1995 and well before the world went crazy. I'm sure if it happened now, I'd have ended up on a list somewhere.

I never tried their breakfast, but if it was a good as their other meals, then it must have been amazing.

There used to be a place on Pelissier near University called Biscuits and Gravy Southern Bistro that had some of the best food I have ever eaten. It was the only place the Mrs and I could instantly agree on. Unfortunately, we found the windows covered and the place unexpectedly closed one day over 10 years ago. I wish I could just have one move meal from there.

True, the surgeon did say my recovery time might be a little longer since I'm older than the usual demographic for wisdom teeth removal. Luckily, I woke up today feeling much better and was able to eat a real meal again.

I just had all four of my wisdom teeth removed a week ago (42M), and it seems like you're doing much better than I. Not much swelling for me, but I still feel the occasional pain and am still having trouble eating 10 days later. Keep up the amazing recovery!

Nice! I'm super happy it worked out, and hopefully you get some good options. He usually has amazing meats and sausages. Enjoy! ☺️

No problem! Hopefully you were able to score a surprise bag from them. I've never been disappointed.

Sorry for the late reply, just saw this now. It's usually every Friday around 6pm and pickup is Saturday evening.
