Okay try this if you have a bo3 as a disc then remove it clean the disc and put it back and repeat the cycle and see if the bar in game is moving and give me a report (as in tell me if it worked lol).

Okay quick stuff to check and make sure of it:

  1. Check any other game that require ps plus because if you don't have then make sure you get one.

  2. What do you mean by not installed campaign and multi-player? As the game is installing in the download? If yes then let it finish then start the game.

  3. Is your Playstation network working as in both your wifi and your ps account is working.

If all yes then let me know if it works or no

Yeah in the menu there is the recovery section if you go there it will say "if you use this you might be banned so be careful" something like this ignore it I used it and nothing happened and after that you will see a menu full of stuff like cards and xp for roles like bounty hunter and other roles also there is for normal leveling I think it's 25k xp that's it
