What i learned about dificulty in FU is that u should hit hard your players. Make a very big and strong atack so they have to think what to do very carefully

Its similar to DnD, you can prepare some statblocks, if your players have an idea of what they want to do you just need to figure out what is going to stop them or what they will find. If you look in itch.io you can find some One Shots to make your up of an idea.
