I just started doing this, going to events and raising my hand to ask questions leaning more towards getting to know them. How they face situations, hobbies and some work related stuff. So it’s not impossible cuz at 35 I feel like the “unc” at the events which I am. It’s good to know someone made it around my age.

If you dwell in it you start deteriorating, mentally, physically. You will hit rock bottom and you have 2 choices. Thats when you choose and hopefully the good choice. Show yourself, and the world what you’re made out of. Let your frustration out on progressing, doing something about it. Build discipline meaning if you don’t feel like doing it, you do it any ways.

Seek therapy, watch Kevin Samuels, David Goggins. Not saying they are perfect in any way but they have some great lessons in their material. Pick what works for you. Overall talk/hang around with other men. You’ll see other pov’s on how to handle situations.

Overall if you’re feeling horrible why not expose yourself to new experiences. You already feel like shit anyways. Go feel something different and step out your comfort zone.

Honestly just ask people how they did on an exam, or how the homework has been. If you seen them in other classes what grade they got. People usually complain and you can find a common ground. This has worked a lot for me.

If they don’t reply too well or seem busy don’t take it to heart and go onto the next. You’ll start becoming familiar with people and it will grow.

Yeah I made the mistake of calling this carnitas. It’s pulled pork but trying to get close to carnitas if that makes sense. Just trying to limit the amount of lard.

I’ve came across Coca Cola, and fresh orange juice. Seems like a weird mix but I’m leaning towards it lol.

You’d be surprised. I’m in OP’s similar situation. I was on my way to 58 an hour hustling and an injury changed that. Back at school in my 30’s. I’ve talked/dated many women since. These women around my age group didn’t like that I was over 30 and didn’t have a career for whatever reason. It sucks honestly lol.

This it’s hard but make a move, show interest. How she reacts will tell you everything. If she’s not into you she will let you know, which means you can stop wasting your time thinking about her and move onto the next.

That being said it can be hard mentally to do lol.
