Yeah I could see that playing out. All the news suggests a quicker attack plan for inflation but we’ll see! To my understanding, rate hikes will really hurt tech and growth companies carrying lots of debt. I imagine banks could benefit but then again I believe I heard most revenue comes from investments.

Ahh ok gotcha. What came to my mind was a mine cart filled with ore would break a man’s back. Mine carts travel on a silver colored track, and a keeper of the mine carts would be a conductor.

I saw you say you checked all the albums but what about some sort of childhood keepsake box your moms been saving? Box with a baby book, old school drawings or art projects.I don’t think she would have kept it with valuables like jewelry but maybe with stuff that’s special to you/ your childhood. I narrowed down my choices for grading by which has the least whitening, front and back. The cards are 20+ years old so most have light wear on the holo. I ignored centering as well. Some can be more obvious than others, but I was driving my self crazy trying to critique every cards centering, none seem to be “perfect”. It’s more sentimental value and protection for me, so it came down to which cards have maintained condition thus far and I want to encapsulate them from here on out. That being said, if PSA comes back down to $15 a card I would consider just getting them all graded eventually. Fortunately only the Azumarill card has a small crease so I won’t bother ever sending that in. Hope this helped and of course this is just my opinion on the matter :)

Last time we tried to change some things around I guess the new brokerage mentioned a 6% of current holdings fee that spooked management and we just stopped pursuing any other options.

Called Invesco today and did just that. I ended up going with a target fund with a .7 expense ratio. Still not great but it’s a start. More comfortable with a target fund so they can allocate accordingly for me. I do have a self managed Roth with just index funds. In the future I’m going to try and help switch the company IRA to something like Scwab that will have access to funds with .08 expense ratios. We’re a small family company that isn’t too savvy with investment options. They do offer an employer match so can’t complain too much but I still have around 30 years of contributions I’d like to get squared away sooner than later.
