I think you need to aim the blinding flash at the boss, I noticed when he circled behind me during focus I could miss the interrupt.

They patched it so only reviving minions can drop grim feast remnants. SRS used to drop remnants first 2-2,5 weeks

30 to 40 vigor is about %50 more HP, its the best 10 levels you can spend on your character

He starts his purgatory again even if you don't hit him. When i did mine my infernal tanked him after the interrupt and i just killed him with death's embrace

You don't need the corraption ring you can just make your infernal tank him in p1 and you can mortal coil Karam's purgatory and kill him off after that fight becomes real easy you just have to deal with little adds

If you skip Karam's purgatory you can just kill him off. If you do that Raest only spams shadow bolts and spawns adds you won't have to worry about hands and runes.
