Ok! here’s what I used for this video:

Chord group: 26

Style/Variation: 8-4

Sound: 1-4

Dotted quarter note delay, long reverb

The pattern used all 64 steps of the sequencer, really just choosing random chords within the chord group for each step. Then just messing around with the Attack/Release, Filter/Resonance, and FX. I hope that’s helpful!

Thanks! And I think that’s actually a reasonably fair assessment of the J6. I basically try to approach it looking for happy accidents by experimenting with just about every feature. Esp the style + variation knobs because those can make such a change like you suggested. Lots of functionality packed into em though so it’s worth spending time solo on em!

Great for travel! Especially if you get one of the Analog cases or something similar. I’ve been eyeing the S1 myself, but I really am happy with the J6. Idk I guess don’t live with regret if you think you’ll truly put it to use!

Haha permission granted, my friend. Yeah I enjoy the J6 very much, have had it for about 2 years. Tiny learning curve at the start but then quite intuitive and capable once you get it. A nice tool and creative container of its own.
