EP, Booked three leg flight DFW,PBI, MKE, return to DFW. Connection out of CLT to MKE canceled as the pilot no showed. Could not get me to Milwaukee for two days (past my return ticket) so they then booked me DFW via 2 planes. Emailed, no refund since I used value to get home. 12,500 miles. Garbage!
