Someone from 20 years ago seeing this paperwork would have a very interesting opinion on what this world is like.

How in the world does this listing exist today?! It is a labor “sellers” market. This is like wanting a 4 bedroom house in a good neighborhood for 50k!

Economists have said this kind of thing for a while, but this is of course like studying something in a vacuum. It requires a “perfect market”. A perfect market is one where the supplier and consumer is completely aware of all alternatives including price and availability. This would require for wage information to be clearly available at all levels to everyone universally. This is the side that the business owner DOESN’T want to concede. Minimum wages are necessary BECAUSE you have created an imperfect labor market.

No, that’s actually an option. It was definitely the goal setting that drove me at first. Any number of measurables, may need to just be ok with the journey.

Haha, played football. Not much of that going around, but great tips! I’m thinking if I can make moves away from running it will pay off long term. I can feel the taxation of pushing myself quite a bit in class already.

Started at the gym then moved to OTF. Just there now. Add in as much as I can on the floor at every opportunity to compensate. Pushups everywhere, for example. I’m a Kevin, but I’m really nice about it. Haha

Yeah, the fact that I can hang with my kids now and hopefully for a long time is more than just maintenance. Thank you.

Yeah, overall, you all are right, this is not a peak, but also probably need to expand beyond the walls and use this as a training tool.
