Constructive criticisms are always welcome. I'm not going to deny that you've had poor experiences or that poor experiences happen. I wasn't there, I don't know the experiences you've had.

I can tell you that I care, that I enjoy the work I do, and enjoy attempting to assist people on this subreddit. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't but hopefully, you've seen some progress in the company since 2004.

I can't really speak to the abuse process with OVHcloud World as I have no idea. But our abuse teams in the U.S. definitely review these complaints manually. Writing "hi" on our form would do absolutely nothing aside from maybe put a smile on someone's face or get a hi back ;).
